    The purpose of this letter is to confirm our understanding of the terms and objectives of our engagement and the nature and limitations of the services Attolero will provide. The estimated rates and the services are detailed below.

    Summary of Rates & Timelines
    ● Migration Fee - $349 if QBO license is provided by Customer. An incremental fee of $100 will be charged if Attolero purchases the license on the behalf of the Customer.
    ● Targeted completion of services is within 2 weeks of access to all requested information.

    Services-
    The following services are included with our engagement:
    ● Assist with procuring the Techsoup License.
    ● Migrate all data from your existing QBO instance to the nonprofit specific Techsoup license
    ● Reconcile and ensure that ALL data migrated correctly.
    ● Assist with reconnection of all bank feeds.
    ● Configuration of identified custom reports.
    ● Setup of identified bank rules.
    ● Setup of Budget.
    ● Invite all identified users and provide a training session if needed.

    Price Composition -
    The pricing calculated for you above is composed of a General Service Fee for use of our customer platform. Should your business plans or needs change, so will our scope of work, and we may thus need to provide a different level of service to you.

    ● Re-scoping Workload - Our fees will need to change if the scope of work changes; your transaction volume or complexity might increase, or you might request additional reports from us, etc. We will re-evaluate your rate but we will collaborate with you to do so as often as is necessary for either party.

    ● We can provide you with additional support or services upon your request. Should you need additional services outside of the scope of this engagement, we will provide you with a quote for these services and no work will be performed or invoiced without prior approval from you. Additional work that you require/request is estimated at the following rates however our standard practice is to provide a fixed fee quote based on the scope of services requested:
    ○ Accounting Associate - $50/hr ○ Staff Accountant - $100/hr
    ○ Accounting or Tax Manager - $150/hr

    Mutual Responsibilities
    ● Partnership - It is particularly important that we have open communication throughout our engagement, as we will only be able to help you if we have all of the information we need to be able to do so. Your primary point of contact will be your Attolero Account Manager, reachable via e-mail address or telephone. It is important to note that Attolero is a client service provider, engaged with you for these defined services; we are not an independent accounting firm.

    ● Customer Representation - By signing this letter, you, as the authorized representative and hereby confirm and attest that:

    ○ The financial information provided is complete, accurate, and in accordance with the applicable accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
    ○ There are no material misstatements, omissions, or fraudulent activities related to the financial information provided.
    ○ You have disclosed all relevant information, including significant transactions, events, or changes that may impact the financial statements.
    ○ You have implemented adequate internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial information provided.
    ○ You will promptly notify us of any changes or developments that may affect the accuracy of the financial information previously provided.

    We emphasize that your attestation is an important representation and should be made in good faith. Any intentional misrepresentation or withholding of information could have serious legal and financial consequences.

    You hereby authorize charges to your checking account for the services described above. Fees are billed after the completion of the filing.
